I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.
 
There was no resolution offered, all that was listed is that I pick out another model.
This is not an option as I purchased the coordinating washer in December 2015.
The company indicates the product is no longer avail.
Then why was the dryer advertised for sale?
Bait and switch occurred.
Plus, the item was not listed as a floor model.
None of this was addressed in the company response.
 
I am trying to work with the company prior to taking legal action.

This is not the first time I have had problems with HH Gregg. I ordered a four piece kitchen package, was called that my order was complete and ready for delivery and but tonight when delivered there was no stove. After over an hour on the phone I was told I would not get one until the following week and they could not guarantee a delivery time even though it was their mistake. I thought I would give them another try but guess my try was once again a flop. Glad there are other places in I day to buy appliances.

Wow.  Ms. [redacted] totally missed everything that I said in my complaint. They keep saying ‘after 30 days’. First off, that is horrible, 30 days for a return??  [redacted], etc. gives u 90 days for anything. Also, I DID try to complain after a month, and I was given the runaround and ignored, as explained in my complaint, that obviously was not even really read. And a tv should not be breaking in a month. That’s **! I am going to let everyone on every review site known to man not to shop at Hh Gregg!
