Ordered pants from this website. Weeks later when they hadn’t arrived (for Christmas) I looked at my account and my order was cancelled without telling me. A few weeks after that credit card fraud charges were made on the same credit card with the phone information that I put on that account using a number that I rarely use for anything (which to me supports the idea that the fraud was this website). Also, I received an email from JustGear that had “SwamiSportswear” somewhere in the text.

This is a fraud website!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order on Dec. 5, 2017 for 2 pairs of custom sweatpants for $54.57 USD. After a couple weeks, I discovered the order status said "Awaiting Payment", despite the fact that they have my credit card information. I contacted them through the website contact form and received no reply. A few days later my order status changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment" so I assumed they were making my pants. On Jan. 2, 2018, the order status changed to "Awaiting Shipping" so I assumed the pants were made and ready to ship. On Jan. 4, 2018, the order status changed to "Order Cancelled". I have emailed and sent them messages through their website contact form and received no reply. I have tried phoning but nobody ever answers the phone and it goes straight to voicemail that doesn’t give a name or any indication of it being a business. I have now looked up this company and see that this is a common issue and that people have been having the same problems for years. I believe they are collecting personal information and credit card numbers. I don’t believe my credit card has been charged yet at this time.

You’re exactly right. Here it was 2 years later. Same situation. Order cancelled. They took my cc number and I just had a flood of fraud charges. I know it was this company because I had used a rare phone number on my account and one of the merchants they used had this number.

I placed an order for custom sweatpants and paid for them. I have yet to receive the item. It has been 2 weeks. I have emailed and called the company with no response several times. The number to call sounds like a personal voicemail and not a business.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I attempted to purchase athletic shorts online from this company. Although I received a confirmation that my order had been received, I never received any tracking information or any goods from the company. My credit card was debited twice by this company. I attempted to contact the company using their on-line form but received no answer. I attempted to contact the company by phone but was connected to an answering machine which gave no identification as to what company or person I was connected to. I have never received any product or contact from this company.
