Jeff *** of National Roofing came to my home to repair 2 small holes in my roof. He arrived promptly, his quote after arriving to assess the damage was much lower than origionally quoted over the phone. The cost of the repairs was very fair and modest. He even went beyond the repair and inspected the roof and sealed up some shingles. He guaranteed his work and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing roof repairs.

In October of 2010 National Roofing installed a TPO roof on my home. I was given a 12 years UNCONDITIONAL NO LEAK WARRANTY in writing, dated October 25, 2010. There is no problem with the TPO roof membrane itself. The problem is with the shoddy caulking around the A/C outlets on the roof. ***, the owner of National Roofing, re-caulked such leaks the first time in 2013, but subsequent to the heavy rainfall during Harvey in August 2017 the three A/C outlets leaked again and damaged my ceiling.

On August 27, 2017, I notified Mr. for the first time about the leaks. I told him that I understand that he may be burdened with work due to the Hurrican and offered to try to caulk the leaks myself tentatively, provided he would tell me what product to buy. According to him caulking TPO requires special products. Mr. did not respond. He finally reacted to my third email of September 10, 2017, giving me a litany of ridiculous reasons/excuses about events that had, in his opinion, voided his warranty, such as painters and A/C service mechanics walking on my roof without his written permission.
