[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The sold me a product that did not have the remote which I found out after the fact The price went from on $to $and I told them it had to be vented out which the assure me it would not cost more than $ I installed it myself in an hour The guy showed unprepared to do the work and could not even start the Job which wasted more of my time I had to take off an extra day of work.They may have been a good company once but that was a little my time ago! Now the sell you stuff on broken promises and do not help their customer only to over charge for installation.They must be a Democratic because they are selling fake news I do know other people who have complain which you can find on a Google search! Never again will I buy anything from them They have a early appointment on Monday to fix my broken washer which is still under warranty so we will see Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Representative of the Globalsolutionbusiness.com, Attached are the signed invoice, installation rates/stipulations and testimony from the third party contractor that attempted to assist our customer.A few things that are very evident about this complaint:He claims we set an “appointment” of
10:30amWe never set appointments as you never know from job to job how long it will takeWe do give “windows of time” and call first prior to arrival(Please note the original signed invoice attached – when we were discussing time to go back out to help him- all are hour windows) We have done this for our entire years in Hagerstown and years in Winchester operationsMr*** was handed and received MrK***’s labor rates and guidelines of which MrC*** asked him to read to him over the phone to clarify – rates are based on “basic installs” and what constitutes extra charges(Note the attached sheet from contractor and details of his meeting with Mr***)Spichers has had a year relationship with MrKrischenbauer without one complaintSpichers always offers customers opportunities to use the contractors they know, MrC*** only offered to take the appliance back when the customer’s language grew vulgar, hostile and civility was lost.Spichers always regrets instances of customer dissatisfaction because we are known for our terrific customer serviceWe attempt to be very clear about expectations, MrAdam’s expectations were excessive and reflect a lack of understanding.Thank you for the opportunity to present our case,Sabina SpicherAccounts Manager Spicher Appliances and Security Hagerstown, Winchester and Chambersburg

I am rejecting this response because:The sold me a product that did not have the remote which I found out after the fact.  The price went from on $120 to $600 and I told them it had to be vented out which the assure me it would not cost more than $120.  I installed it myself in an hour.  The guy showed unprepared to do the work and could not even start the Job which wasted more of my time.  I had to take off an extra day of work.They may have been a good company once but that was a little my time ago!.  Now the sell you stuff on broken promises and do not help their customer only to over charge for installation.They must be a Democratic because they are selling fake news.  I do know other people who have complain which you can find on a Google  search! Never again will I buy anything from them.  They have a early appointment on Monday to fix my broken washer which is still under warranty so we will see
