I am rejecting this response because:
I was given your email information by calling the 609# for the I’m writing because our complaint which my husband [redacted] ([redacted]) issued back in July/August has not been resolved, but since then the complaint has been closed. 
We were under the impression that the business owner was going to work with us to resolve the issue but that has not been the case. Honestly, I believe that the complaint was the only reason he got back in touch with us but then he failed to ever return any of our calls, emails etc to rectify the issue.
What would we need to do to re-open this complaint? Do I need to submit a new one?

currently working with the customer, I have been in contact and working to resolve any qustions he may have.  I will follow up with a full response by mail.
