Review: Last night I was working out in their gym when a person who is a client there intimidated me and threatened me. Called me names and threatened to “knock me out” by yelling so the entire gym could hear him. I was attempting to walk away but he would not stop yelling physically threatening statements. I called the establishment to cancel my membership and told the rep that I couldn’t afford it. The only reason why was because I was worried that this person would find out I spoke and come to my home, he lives in my area. I have attempted to resolve the situation several times, have allowed them ample opportunity to. My efforts were rewarded by rude comments and careless behavior. Every time I called they would either not allow me to speak to the rep there who signed me up, or would just pass me around from voice mail to voicemail. I was told that I had to come there to sign a paper to cancel and would have the opportunity to speak with the rep. When I got there they didn’t allow me to and said was told that I had to pay an additional 100 plus for a 45 day period even after I cancel. I explained that I was threatened and if I was able to come in within these 45 days it wouldnt be a problem but obviously I will not step foot in there. I had to advise them to not charge my card. When I was home I called again and spoke to someone who stated he was the owner. I told him about how I was threatened and he had no care in the world like he didn’t believe me. I told him he could easily ask around the gym. He just kept “uhuh”ing me. He then transferred me to voicemail. When I called again a woman answered I explained that I would go to the Globalsolutionbusiness.com if they continue to not care about what happened to me and not resolve this situation. When I told her they can tell me they dont care and I will just contact the Globalsolutionbusiness.com. At that moment because she must have had the owner listening in, the owner said “Ok” and hung up immediately.Desired Settlement: I want an entire refund of all my fees paid as well as not being required to pay this cancellation.
