Ordered items in 12/11/and was supposed to receive a $discount after using the promo code The discount was never applied On 12/12/15, I received an email indicating the items had shippedSix days later the items had never shipped according to the USPS tracking website They no longer answer the phone at the number on their website I just tried calling them at the number on your website: (805)710-and it goes to voicemail I have emailed them times with no response When I contacted American Express, I was told they had put in charge for $and change on 12/even though the order had not been processed or shipped

I placed orders with this company as they wouldn’t let me put it all on
I received 1/of my order in a weekIt is now weeks later and I STILL haven’t received the other 1/I placed this order in good faith and spent nearly $for these “devices” to give as Christmas gifts for our extended familyThey only respond through emails, and they won’t answer phone callsYou would think they would at least act concerned about a problem with a customer, but once the have your money, you’re on your ownI only wish I would have checked the Globalsolutionbusiness.com 1st, and seen their problems with shippingA major letdown – I will NEVER place another order with them and will be sure to let everyone I know about this experience, including social media**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!**
