I ordered the acrylic vase in two sizes on April 7. Shipment was received on May 17, more than a month after placing the order. One of the vases was cracked and broken in three places. I contacted “customer service” to ask for a refund and they offered me “compensation” of USD3. After some back and forth, they increased it to USD5 – apparently this is what customer satisfaction is worth. They also said that I could send it, back with shipping at my cost. Wow. Quality of the item is definitely not worth the price. I had bought the larger sized one as a gift, but have decided not to gift it as it is just embarrassing. I’ve told them they can keep their USD5.
I received my shoes and the loops where the laces are to is adhered together and I cannot lace them. So I cannot wear them.
